Pianist Ivan \u0160iller and soprano Helga Varga Bach will bring to the concert a selection of twenty songs that will show you the wide range of Ives\u2019 creativity and compositional variability. Gradually, in a series of concerts, they will present other songs from the collection of 114 songs by the composer Charles Ives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The American composer Charles Ives (1874 \u2013 1954) is an important figure in the history of American musical culture. However, the contribution of his visionary musical legacy is being revealed gradually, even now we have something to think about and find new contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Slovak Radio Ensemble Ricercata project is supported from public funds by the Slovak Arts Council. With a financial support of Music Fund Slovakia.  With the support of SOZA. Media partners are Hudobn\u00fd \u017eivot and Opera Slovakia. The partner is Superar Slovakia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
